Job description

Centurion Data Systems is a full-service IT consulting firm located in Pewaukee, WI proudly serving our local communities since 1990. Our focus is providing personalized technology solutions and support for our clients.

We are looking to add an experienced Systems Administrator who is talented, experienced and crafty. As a Systems Administrator you will be working independently and within a team to support small & medium-sized clients in designing, implementing and managing various solutions across a diverse group of clients and technology.

Our ideal candidate is well-experienced with designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Server environments and has a strong networking skillset with ability to demonstrate in-depth working knowledge of computer networks, Layer 2/3 routing, VoIP, VPN, WiFi and ability to manage various devices from a wide range of manufacturers.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of Microsoft Workstation, Server, Exchange, SQL and Active Directory in mission-critical enterprise IT environments
  • Management of Microsoft Hyper-V environments
  • Design, implement & management of Active Directory, NTFS security & Group Policy
  • Installs, configures and maintains network hardware (network switches, wireless access points, firewalls and VoIP phones) and experienced at configuring (VLAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Radius)
  • Supports software and hardware across a wide spectrum of needs and uses
  • Provides support for helpdesk and user Administration
  • Manages, approves and deploys Windows updates and security updates.

What You’ll Do

As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving our sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with decision-makers and qualified prospects for senior sales consultants.
  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and email outreach.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Make 80–100 dials per day to build your pipeline and engage with warm leads and prospects.
  • Support Sales Efforts: Conduct research, prepare materials, and assist senior sales reps in nurturing and advancing opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate:

  • Has specific experience in outbound appointment-setting, consistently meeting or exceeding measurable goals.
  • Thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Is a proactive communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Is coachable, growth-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and can effectively manage time to meet outreach targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a role focused on outbound appointment-setting and lead generation.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Experience in B2B sales, IT, or managed services industries is a plus but not required.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative at Centurion, you’ll play a key role in helping Southeastern Wisconsin businesses stay secure and productive. You’ll:

  • Generate new business opportunities throughout the Greater Milwaukee area — no overnight travel required
  • Build relationships by attending networking events, chamber meetings, and local business groups
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery through proposal, closing, and handoff to our service team
  • Collaborate with marketing and leverage ongoing campaigns, materials, and events to support lead generation
  • Partner with sales engineers and technical experts to ensure accurate scoping and seamless client onboarding
  • Maintain detailed records of activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue goals while representing Centurion with professionalism and integrity
