Pay: $55,000–$65,000 base + commission | Target OTE $85,000+ | Uncapped

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative at Centurion, you’ll play a key role in helping Southeastern Wisconsin businesses stay secure and productive. You’ll:
- Generate new business opportunities throughout the Greater Milwaukee area — no overnight travel required
- Build relationships by attending networking events, chamber meetings, and local business groups
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery through proposal, closing, and handoff to our service team
- Collaborate with marketing and leverage ongoing campaigns, materials, and events to support lead generation
- Partner with sales engineers and technical experts to ensure accurate scoping and seamless client onboarding
- Maintain detailed records of activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue goals while representing Centurion with professionalism and integrity

- Competitive pay: $55K–$65K base + commissions, realistic OTE $85K+, uncapped earning potential

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated sales professionals who are ready to grow their careers and make an impact in Southeastern Wisconsin. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 0–3 years of B2B, inside, or outside sales experience — we provide training for motivated career-changers
- Communicate clearly and stay organized in every interaction
- Enjoy networking and building relationships with local business owners
- Are driven, accountable, and eager to learn consultative selling
- Have a curiosity for technology and a willingness to learn about IT, cybersecurity, and managed services
- Solve problems creatively and recommend solutions that meet client needs
- Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing your own sales pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, marketing, and other team members
- Adapt easily, handle challenges professionally, and persist to achieve results
- Present yourself professionally while representing a stable, trusted company
- Live within 60 miles of Pewaukee, WI
